New Customer Account Application Form

Customers wishing to apply for a Credit Account with James Aimer Limited are requested to complete and return the "Standard Conditions of Sale", "Credit Account Application Form" and “Direct Debit Form". The "Standard Conditions Sale" " Credit Account Application Form" and “Direct Debit Form” must be signed by an authorised member of the customer’s organisation, and the originals must be returned by post or handed to a representative of James Aimer Limited. Facsimile copies (photocopies, fax, scanned etc.) will not be accepted.

Special Print Order Form

Customer wishing a special printed material must complete a “Special Print Order Form and Underwriting Agreement” along with the “Standard Conditions of Sale”.

The “Special Print Order Form and Underwriting Agreement” and "Standard Conditions Sale" must be signed by an authorised member of the customer’s organisation, and the originals must be returned by post or handed to a representative of James Aimer Limited. Facsimile copies (photocopies, fax, scanned etc.) will not be accepted.
